SHIPPING & RETURNS
Everything you need to know about getting your order and sending it back if it's not right.
Processing time
Orders are printed and packed to order, so please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order ships. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and we'll follow up once it's on its way.
Shipping cost & delivery
Shipping is free on every order, no minimum required.
Estimated delivery is around 5 days from the order date, depending on your location. You'll receive the shipping address and an estimated delivery date in your order confirmation email.
Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery — you pay when your order arrives, no card or online payment needed at checkout.
Returns & exchanges
Not the right fit? You can return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and we'll walk you through the next steps.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange — refunds are issued using the same method as your original payment.
Custom design orders
Pieces printed from your own uploaded artwork are made specifically for you and are final sale — we're not able to accept returns or exchanges on these unless the item arrives damaged or misprinted.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort out a replacement or refund at no cost to you — including on custom design pieces.
